Do I have to pay anything?
No. The career research and the Playbook are free and complete. The Action Plan and the Career Assistant are optional, for families who want the next steps done for them.
What happens after I order an Action Plan?
You tell us about your child and pay. We build the plan from their Playbook and our latest research, and email it within 3 business days. If something misses, reply within 30 days and we rework it, up to twice, at no cost.
How do credits work if we move up?
Join the Career Assistant, or its waitlist, within 90 days of receiving your Action Plan and your $49 comes off your first year. Each Assistant year includes four refreshed Action Plans, and the founding price stays the same while you remain a member.
Can I trust the research?
Every figure is checked by a person in its original source, every update is dated, and we take no sponsors. See how we score careers.
Is the Career Assistant a replacement for a counsellor?
No, and it will say so. It helps you make the most of the meetings you do have, and it is there when a question comes up late at night. It answers only from our checked research and your child's own plan, and passes anything sensitive to a person.
What do you do with my child's details?
