Action Plan terms, in plain words

What you get. One Action Plan for one named child, delivered by email within 3 business days of payment, valid for 90 days.
Revisions. If something misses, reply within 30 days of delivery and we rework it, up to two times, at no cost.
On-time promise. If we do not deliver within 3 business days of payment, you get a full refund on request and you keep the plan when it arrives.
Cancelling before delivery. Email us before the plan arrives and we refund you, less a fair amount for work already done.
Refunds after delivery. Because each plan is made for one child and work starts as soon as you pay, a delivered plan is not refundable unless it has a major fault. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
One child per plan. A plan is for the child named on it and is not for resale.
Career Assistant credit. Your $49 is credited if you join the Career Assistant, or its waitlist, within 90 days of delivery.
