The agreement, in plain words.

Last updated 12 October 2026 · Version terms-v1

1. About these terms

aiready.family is run by Quantumleap Insights LLC, a company registered in Washington State, USA ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use aiready.family, the Career Playbook, the Career Research Guide, or buy anything from us. By using the sites or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. Young people under 18 may use the free tools, and those under 13 only with a parent.

2. The free research and tools

Our career scores, research, Playbooks and plans are general guidance based on published research. They are not careers, educational, financial, legal or immigration advice, and they cannot predict what will happen to any particular job or person. Scores are estimates and change as new evidence arrives.

The Career Playbook is written with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. Please check anything important, such as programme deadlines, entry requirements and costs, with the school, college, employer or programme itself before acting on it.

We try to keep the free tools available, but we may change, pause or stop them.

3. Using our sites

Please do not:

We may remove feedback posts and block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content and how you can use it

We own the research, scores, methods, text and designs on our sites and in what we deliver. You may:

Beyond that, and beyond what a product you bought allows (section 7), including our scores or findings in guidance materials, slides or reports you share with others needs a Practitioner Licence or written permission from us. You may not resell what you buy from us or publish it in full.

5. Buying from us

6. 90-Day Action Plan

The order page shows a short version of these terms (version ap-terms-v1).

7. Career Deep-Dive and Practitioner Licence

Both are pre-orders. You pay now at the founding price, and we deliver with the Autumn 2026 research update.

Delivery date

We will deliver your Deep-Dive, or open your Licence, by 30 November 2026. If we miss that date, you can cancel and have a full refund.

Cancelling a pre-order

When you pre-order, you ask us to deliver as soon as it is ready, and you accept that once it is delivered you can no longer cancel. Until then, you can cancel within 14 days of ordering for a full refund.

Career Deep-Dive ($29, or $79 for all six countries)

A detailed report on one career, for one country or for all six we cover (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and India), sent by email. You may use it yourself and share it inside your own school or organisation.

Practitioner Licence ($499 for the first year)

8. Institution Briefings and Talk Kits

When you send a request, we reply within one business day with a written scope note: the question, method, delivery window and price. Prices on our site are indicative. The scope note, together with these terms, forms our agreement once you accept it and pay. Delivery windows start when we receive payment. If we cannot do the work properly, or it would compromise the independence of our research, we will say so and decline or rescope. Cancellation terms for briefings are set out in your scope note. Every briefing includes a 12-month Practitioner Licence.

9. Career Assistant waitlist and credit

Joining the Career Assistant waitlist is free and does not commit you to buying. We currently plan to open it in early 2027, but dates can change. If you join the waitlist now, we hold the $249 a year founding price for you, and it stays the same for as long as you remain a member. If you bought an Action Plan, the $49 you paid is credited towards the Career Assistant if you join it, or its waitlist, within 90 days of delivery. The credit is kept until the Career Assistant opens, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred.

10. Refunds and cancelling

11. Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care and skill in everything we deliver. If we let you down, we will try to put it right first.

Because our research is general guidance, we are not responsible for decisions about education, careers or money made using it, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Otherwise, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. This includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and your legal rights as a consumer.

Our sites link to other websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they treat your information.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts. We would always rather sort out a problem by talking first.

13. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add a new service. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it. We will update the date at the top whenever we change them.
