How a father and daughter turned “Dad, will AI take my job?” into free research for 30,000+ families in 128 countries.
What success looks like
Thriving alongside AI is possible. Here is what it looks like.
A real story
From finance to International Relations
Thea was heading for finance, where AI is reshaping the first jobs fastest. The research pointed her towards work built on human judgement. She chose International Relations, and is now studying it on a full scholarship.
Thea, my daughter, whose dinner-table question started all of this.

How it all started
“Dad, will AI take my job?”
Thea, at the dinner table
The question. Thea was choosing her path. The advice she was getting was written for a world that no longer exists.
The lesson. $5,000 of college counselling, two-week waits for each hour, parents kept out of the room, and a verdict that she would not make her safety colleges. It showed us what good college help should feel like instead.
The research. So we did it together, as a household. Seventeen authoritative sources. 35+ careers scored for AI resistance.
The result. Thea is now studying International Relations on full scholarships.
This year. The research grew from 35 careers to 831, built on 20 sources and more than 70,000 data points. Still free. See what is new
The world. Everything published free. 30,000+ families across 128 countries. All from one question at one table.
Why we bring the whole household in
A child’s future is planned at home, not in a 1-hour slot every two weeks. So everything we build puts the family in the room.
Parents welcome, always. Join any session, ask any question.
Nothing kept from you. Every plan, note and recommendation is shared with the family.
No waiting for answers. Help when the question comes up, not two weeks later.
Show the working. The research behind every recommendation is open for you to check.
One question at our dinner table started all of this. My daughter was a junior, choosing where to aim her life. The career advice around her was a map of a country that no longer exists.
Like many families, we turned to a college counsellor. We paid $5,000. Every one-hour meeting meant a two-week wait. Parents could not attend, and nothing from those meetings was shared with us. Then came the verdict: with a strong GPA and real extracurriculars, Thea would not get into even her safety colleges. That was one experience, and many counsellors work very differently. But it showed us the college help we wished we had had: the family in the room, answers when the question comes up, and reasons we could check. That is what we now offer.
So we stopped waiting and did the work together, at our own table. McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, the World Economic Forum, Stanford HAI, Anthropic, PwC and more. We scored 35+ careers for how they hold up as AI reshapes the entry point of working life.
The finding that matters most: AI is collapsing the entry point of careers, not the middle. The first rung of the ladder is disappearing. Families planning around the old map are planning around rungs that will not be there.
Thea chose International Relations. She is now studying it on full scholarships, in a field where human judgement is the job itself. The map worked for our family first. Then we gave it to yours.
